Conference Registration
The registration fees for the 2024 meeting have been adjusted to account for the costs associated with this meeting which includes all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner for three days) as well as the conference fees. "Early bird" registration rates will be available up until 1 month from the next conference's start date.
The 2024 pricing structure is as follows:

Local Community Attendee (no meals) $250
Full Academic registration is for all principal investigators (or similar) and senior scientists / fellows.
Student registration is for those individuals currently enrolled in a degree-granting program.
Postdoc / Scientist registration is for postdoctoral fellows still within the first 5 years of their training, and for scientists on the technician / technology track.
Guest registration is for individuals who are accompanying any of the conference attendees such as family members or significant others. This level covers all meals and participation to outreach events, but not the attendance of scientific sessions.
Industry registrations are for attendees employed at For-Profit Industry institutions or companies that hold senior scientist (Full Industry registration) or trainee appointments (Industry trainee registration).
Local Community Attendee is only for members of the Sedona Healthcare community who are interested in attending specific scientific sessions. This level covers limited attendance of pre-specified scientific sessions but no meals. Please email the organizing committee (email address below) to make arrangements for limited session attendance.
Please make sure to pick up your color-coded badge upon arrival at the conference check-in counter to be guaranteed access to the events and meals you registered for.
Registrations must be made for each individual, including guests.

The payment site takes all major credit cards and is managed by Case Western Reserve University. If registering within the last month please use the "Support the Spring Brain Conference" option in the next page, and register for the equivalent "Late" registration amount.
Cancellation policy:
The Spring Brain Conferences registration cancelation policy is as follows:
Cancellations received at least 14 days prior to meeting start date: Registrants will receive all amounts paid to SBC minus a $75 handling fee. If your payment was made to SBC via credit card, your reimbursement will be issued back to the same card in U.S. Dollars.
Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the meeting date, or cancellations received during the meeting: A refund is not available.

Please note that room cancellations are handled directly with the resort and according to their policy.
Spring Brain Conferences cannot refund or cancel room reservations.
